Train the community. Build the safety net.

ThriveSafe training equips non-clinicians such as staff, students, leaders, spouses, educators, and colleagues to manage their own mental health and act as first responders for the people around them. Help is available before crises escalate.

Why we train

“The goal of ThriveSafe training is to build a community of mostly non-mental-health professionals who can manage their own wellbeing, and act as first responders for the people around them.”

Training is paired with the Club model to help demystify mental health, and with Certification to ensure organizations create the policies and environments where this community can excel.

Six interactive training tracks.

Delivered to staff, students, and leaders in-person, virtually, or blended. Each track is designed to change behavior, not just transfer information.

Mental Health First Aid

Foundational training so non-clinicians can spot warning signs, open the conversation, and route someone to professional help.

First Responder Training

A specialized module that equips spouses, peers, educators, and colleagues with practical tools to identify, respond to, and refer individuals in distress, building a community safety net before crises escalate.

Trauma-Informed Care

How to recognize trauma responses, avoid re-traumatization, and create environments where recovery is possible.

Burnout & Stress Management

Personal and team-level practices for resilience, recovery, and sustained performance under pressure.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Practical DEI training that shifts behavior, language, and decision-making, not just compliance theater.

Safeguarding Children & Vulnerable Adults

Identification, reporting, and prevention frameworks for organizations working with children, students, or vulnerable populations.
